Detail engineering is performed with their respective documents, purchase requisition formats are issued, as appropriate. Project cost estimates are adjusted to levels in the order of +/- 5% over the final cost of the project and the execution decision is taken.

Planning and execution of the necessary works. The project is controlled in terms of its execution in the projected times, the O&M group is structured and the documents required for such purpose are constructed, the plant is commissioned and finally, the plant and related processes are planned and started.

Execution of O&M activities. Operational and maintenance reports are defined, as well as the internal and external communication strategies of O&M, HSE, commercial, etc.
